We stayed at Prato di Sotto for a family holiday for a week in April, taking the whole property. The setting is stunning and the facilities are perfect to support a self catered stay - a combination of BBQs and Pasta. The region itself is full of untouched hidden gems, including numerous wine estates. The owner lives adjacent and was attentive and helpful throughout when we called upon her, and also provided some great local recommendations for days out. Would definitely recommend if you are after a boutique stay in rustic Italy!

An absolutely magical time at Prato Di Sotto because of the private location, spectacular views, lovely accommodations and attention to details and decor. All these aspects will always be remembered. The consistent and conscientious care for our well being, and suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants by our host, Carol Lawrence was much appreciated throughout our 2 week stay. Many thanks Carol  - our stay and time spent exploring the area, both by foot and by car, surpassed our expectations!

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Prato Di Sotto. The house was absolutely beautiful and finished to a very high standard. The setting is remote, peaceful and wonderful and the pool was fantastic for the kids. We all ate outside on the terrace every evening. Carol was an excellent host and looked after us all beautifully. Superb.

A beautiful, tranquil experience. Gorgeous view, thoughtful, stylish, comfortable and un-fussy furniture of good quality with luxurious feel. Spacious. Lovely food basket  on arrival. Clean. Lovely pool. Nice walks up to a monastery. And a helpful host! Much recommended! We hope to go again!

Wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of Italy. We stayed in La Terrazza with our two young children and it was perfect for us. We particularly enjoyed the amazing views and peaceful surroundings. The rooms are all done up to a really high standard and all the little details have been thought of. We were really well looked after by Carol too who also gave some excellent restaurant and day trip ideas. Definitely will be back :)
